The first server in the statement is the initiating server, and he will be closest to it. Look up the initiating servers ip address and subnet mask, and the subnet mask will tell you what ip range he uses. Then go to dawhois.com and look up the HOST address and match it to the subnet mask; if it matches the subnet range it then the city is correct, otherwise no. The city and state must be within physical range of the assigned subnet, otherwise it's wrong. Calgary is outside the subnet mask, but B.C. is within it's range.
