If any actor deserves being honored on a U.S. coin it is Jimmy Stewart. Let me restate that, If any PERSON deserves being honored on a U.S. coin it is Jimmy Stewart. I cannot think of another person who more personified the American ideal, on screen and off.

I'm sure a bill will be introduced soon and will have no problem passing. I wasn't too surprised to hear the news. I was reading in a tabloid about how he was on his last legs just a couple of weeks ago. A co-worker was telling me the stuff in the tabloids was trash. Now I can say I told you so . Dan
