Don't understand this either.  The last people I heard of dropping other people (and goats) into iced water were the (British) Royal Marines, or at least their medics.  I think all the people survived; I'm not sure about the goats.  But the Royal Marines, though difficult people to love, are not icons of evil.  (The goats were a coincidence, I think they just happened to be handy.) Well, either that, or they were having SCSI trouble...

I think it's you this time.  There really isn't much by way of STR there, and none was intended; the Land Down Under is a fairly common _expression_ for .au, and Vegemite is a common product there.   You're rigth, the song refers to vegemite sandwich, not sundae. You know, I didn't even STR until you mentioned that, because I was working on the sundae thing and completely overlooked the LDU ref.  But now, I'm sure to have the damn song on the brain all day.  While I run a training course. You utter, utter bastard. K. (...travelling in a fried out combie...)

...Irn Bru. There's nothing else to describe it. True enough, though I saw it described by Rhona Cameron as ...tastes like heaven . Perhaps a wee bit messianic but you get the idea. Liquid Bubblegum? I once described it to a friend as completely artificial, just like cola . He must not have heard the first part, he surprised to say the least. Christian

Boff <boff+ This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it spake unto the Monastery thusly: The complete recipe, I think, is only known by two men - the MD's of Barrs.[2] Correct.  They have never actually patented/copyrighted the recipe, since it would then be in the public domain.  They keep it secret and so far, noone has been able to exactly duplicate the tase. So I only have to kill two people to eliminate this disgusting substance from the world? Harks back elegantly to the subject really. You would have several thousand irate Scotsmen on your trail if you did that. I imagine there is some contingency plan in case they both cark it before being able to pass on the secret; probably a safety deposit box which the bank has orders not to open until both are certified dead or otherwise unfit to make the stuff.
