top 5 greatest movies Top 5 uses of a Dylan track in movies
Hi, With the upcoming Wonderboys release boasting a plethora of Dylan performances, heres my top 5 best uses of a Dylan track in a movie. 5. Flashback - People Get ready. A great scene with the train pulling away and Bob in great voice singing a great track 4. Jerry Maguire - Shelter from the Storm A real upbeat feelgood ending to a nice Cameron crowe flick. A couple and their lil youngfella in the park..nicely done. 3. American beauty - AATW Kevin Spaced-Out lifting weights and smoking joints to the original version..very very Good. 2. Dogfight - Don't think twice You actually see the post coital vinyl dropping onto the turntable to deliver a haunting rendition from Freewheelingg. Sooooo tasteful. 2. In the Name of The Father - Like A Rolling Stone The intro roars on the Sea_link_ jukebox as the lads c_link_ glasses and singalongabob in this movies most upbeat scene. Honorable mentions go to Nick Noltes paint flinging scene and non Dylan renditions of AATW by Jimi in Withnail and I My 2p Derek Keogh Dublin
